Place a wooden spoon over any pot of boiling water to keep it from boiling over the sides.
Trust me it works, the wood soaks up the moisture

I thought this would be a good place to share and get some help from some of you all that might be better cooks than the rest of us

OK, so I have a question ... What is the difference between stock and broth? I assumed they would be pretty much the same, but I have seen some recipes call for both
